FCC--Fremont Contract Carriers

I wish you kc driver's would help fcc find some driver's for that area, so I can stay in my own lane/ the southwest

 

I feel you brother, every once in awhile I get stuck in that stupid Dallas– KC Lane for a week or so at a time, hate it!, but my least favorite was the stupid Tulsa – Lancaster and back, I did my DM a favor a few weeks back and cover the guy that was on vacation on that run, way too much back and forth on 75! Construction, traffic, rinse and repeat

 

I hear ya, that us 69 and 75 will wear you out. I've seen more kc to Dallas last 2 months than I have in 5 years. Don't mine helping out but when my miles start going down it's a problem

 

The Kawasaki dealer delivers are the worst. Had a five stopper couple months ago in Arkansas. Some areas a class 8 truck has no business being most were very hard to get in and out of

 

Wasn't one of the new hires that post on here doing the KC stuff? Thought he said that they were sitting a little more lately.

 

I did a four stop OKC, Altus, Plano, Farmers Branch a few weeks ago... then picked up at that pesticide place in Dallas. Altus was cake, but OKC and Dallas sucked to varying degrees. I had to blind side into the dock at the other place because of fedex, then Saia making EDITED BY STAFF inconvenient.

 

That’s me! Yea dude it’s been soo slow this week. There’s 3 shag drivers. One all he does is pull trailers out of Mars up to the drop yard all day back and forth. So me and another dude shag around town. I delivered 2 loads this week and made a pickup in Hiawatha KS. That’s it. Then it was just collect empties around town and wait for them to be available. They gave me off today because there wasn’t anything goin on. I chatted with my dispatcher Thursday evening when he called asking if I wanted off, he said FCC is down about 100 drivers. But I guess stuff is comin thru KC and not to, so the local stuff is slow. The guys that’s come down from Fremont were saying FCC bought a big warehouse in Omaha, he confirmed that too. So idk what that’s all about but I guess FCC wants to get into warehousing.

Lol deal dude I’ll trade ya for sure. I got a 5 am at Sysco in Olathe. I’m liable to be back from Edwardsville before they’re done counting your boxes.
