Anyone know if they’ll still pay out the bonus, if you were to hypothetically turn in the keys before that particular payroll period? What is it, next Thursday?

    Bumper Thanks this.

You would be lucky if they remember your name ten minutes after you walk out of the door.....

They should, the quarter ended over a week ago. You earned it, and payroll is processed by mid-week.(I use to get my allowance on my Chime card Tuesday night).

You will get a call from the big cheeses in Lincoln about how they hate to see you leave and info on other positions in your area they could place you at instead.

I still haven't received any kind of explanation as to why I have been preplanned on a load off the Indy yard, and a t-call of that same load...to the Indy yard. So, if they want to treat us like ignorant monkeys...I'll act like one and do my load call when I hook to it...then turn right around and t-call it like a good trained chimp. I swear, they must have a regular shuttle bus (the short bus) from a special school on the other side of Lincoln to bring in our office people. I guess the ones that can tie their own shoes and can eat their food with the pokey thing without dropping it on the floor are in the training department for potential management positions.

That is exactly what I would do if i was in the same situation.Demand drop and hook pay for the load.

Short haul pay. 1 mile is the top pay rate.

Exactly the reason I chose it. It's actually a selfie of one of the load planners here that is getting ready to choose a load for a driver. He was once a driver like me, but when they gave him the 'if you think you can do better' option, he took it...as it turns out, he could do better.
