CRST is a SCAM and new cameras

CRST Dumb dums will eventually run out of drivers to hire. And start complaining crying like little girls that there are not enough truck drivers. When you are in safety you can easily tell who are the aggressive crazy drivers you have just by looking at their dash cam videos. This additional system will stress the drivers that do a decent job. Truck driving is rated as one of the most stressful jobs there are. You do not need to stress the drivers more by adding more crap. I guarantee CRST will lose good drivers because they are nit picking and stressing out good drivers just to take the bad drivers out. If anyone has stock with CRST its time to cash in because they are going down like all the other trucking companies that have recently disappeared.

Oh hell no!!!! The worst drivers are the owner operators that do not even have a speed limiter cutting off company trucks who are governed at slow speeds. They break your mirrors then speed away like cowards! Owner operator's are conceited because they have made some money. So they think they own the whole world and think they can get away with anything.

 

We love CRST.

Where did you see that? Trucking is rated as one of the most dangerous jobs, but it's not that stressful. I retired from an IT career. That was stressful. This isn't.

That's true but you are missing the point. It is also stressing the other CRST drivers who do a decent job. Also remember no driver that is human is 100 percent perfect. Not even self driving semi trucks are perfect. Working in safety you can easily know who are the crazy aggressive drivers. Don't expect perfection or else you will end up without any drivers at all stressing them with this dumb unnecessary add on. I agree fire all the crazy aggressive drivers you have. But do not stress all your drivers for every little tiny thing they do eventually they will quit and finding a good driver is not easy. Sure you can find a drivers but are they reliable not lazy and do a decent job driving safe? Going thru the dash camera videos you can easily tell who are your worst drivers. Fire them simple as that. Do not stress all your drivers you will end up with none by stressing them out more than what the job stress brings.

 

Most new drivers that I’ve seen couldn’t drive a smart car much less a truck..i hope weeding out some of these wannabe’s starts to occur because is bs what’s happening out here.
