    Driver was not hurt.
Pride maybe, and possibly jobless, so if anyone needs a driver with... um, a minor incident on record..?

    Asking for a friend?

Note: That track is busy, but clear both directions to see, if he’d looked..

best part of eastern time zone is going back westbound and getting a extra hour to sleep in, each day on the trip

bad thing is he’s an owner op leasing one of their trailers, that company only has like 4-5 of their own trucks, they’re white 579s, rest are leasing their trailers for so much per week.

    Ouch.

Well got done dealing with the County for short form of my birth certificate. I've got an appointment (again) for next Monday for haz-mat testing. They've added a new rule that if you haven't previously held hazmat you have to take a course prior to taking test, but as I had it previously in Texas, before moving to Colorado I'm not sure where I fall.

Dave's Hilti must still be pretty good to compare it to an FLD. The FLD was probably one of the best trucks Freightliner ever made.

If he got a ticket for not slowing down to check if a train was coming, both him and his company are in for some large fines. Plus his CDL getting suspended for 60 days.

Love a good classic but those small hole versions can go to hell.
