What kind of trailer/freight to haul? (Career planning) OTR

Hi, I am trying to help my husband look for a good trucking company to go with in Florida, near Tampa would be great. But anywhere right now is fine as he really needs work. Is there a list of food companies to go with in the area? He's hauled just about everything, has all endorsements except bus and passenger. He is willing to go long haul if needed. I would really appreciate any advice.
