Follow up to that same conversation I had in CB the other day.

We were talking about the Pros/Cons of different Trucks (with my very limited knowledge… I mentioned that one thing I miss about my Volvo was being able to control the radio from my bunk like at night or a 34 etc… in my KW I can activate the BlueTooth and run my iPhone/iPad audio through the bigger and better truck speakers BUT that feature turns off automatically after an hour so I would have to constantly reconnect the BT every hour or every time I wanted to use the speakers.

He said he leaves the key to the truck either ON or Accessory to leave the speakers on and doesn’t worry about the drain on battery since he’s running the APU.

So I tried both options but I can only run the APU with the key in the OFF position… so I’m back to where I was… just not using the big speakers.

Does anyone else use the BT Speakers in this manor and how do you get the Radio to stay on longer than 60 minutes at a time?
