When I worked at a gypsum wallboard plant in Richmond, Ca, we used those to move flats and boxcars because the railroad never seemed to spot them in the right place.

As it stands now, the meteor headed for NorCal is a marble compared to the one they're discussing for Orygun. And then all the volcanoes are going to go off at once.LoSt_AgAiN, Feedman, Wasted Thyme and 13 others Thank this. -

For the next 10 weeks he was the only human I ever saw... And that was every Friday. Pay was $100/day minus $25/head that couldnt be found on his range or otherwise accounted for come roundup. There were 3 other "shacks" (calling them that is being generous) in the farther reaches of his range I could use aswell... And I did.
I rode every inch of fence within a 50 mile radius of that line cabin every week. Every Friday he would bring me a very large cooler of perishable food and take the cooler he had brought the previous week. Every other week he also brought a HUGE crate of non perishable food (mostly canned goods, but also some dry stuffs like baking goods to make bread and cake. Was supplied enough steak to have it for 4 meals a week. And more hamburger than I could eat... But my dog appreciated the left overs. At the start he showed me a very well stocked first aid kit... It filled an entire double tool box (the kind mechanics have, the bottom box is on wheels and a smaller box sits on top) and it even had quick reference guides for how to treat serious medical emergencies by yourself. He would replenish the first aid kit as needed.
It was the best AND the worst summer of my life.... I never ate better, but still to this day I've yet to work harder. And I've never been as saddle sore as I was that summer either, think I was still walking bow legged for a month after that summer ended. I learned a #### lot too, its amazing what you can learn through trial and error.LoSt_AgAiN, Feedman, dwells40 and 19 others Thank this. -
