in the job market of trucking industry, you cant deny a job offer once you accepted it?

    interesting. in the warehouse industry, its like normal to change you mind, turn down an offer or quit anytime. after the interview, after drug test, after orientation, after starting, after get trained... as long as you are not binding by a contract. from level top to bottom. its all like that.

    Oh, the temptation is there every day, as I find myself trying to sell the company with real numbers. The problem is, there are a dozen Chicago 1099 companies that have already talked to the same driver with promises of 75 cpm and 4,000 miles/week for dry van. Luckily, there are seasoned drivers who can still do math and realize the sack of lies they were presented and believe me instead, as my numbers make mathematical sense.
