Hey guys I'm having a problem with no hot air in my 9400i eagle pro sleeper.
Symptoms are: No heat, weak air flow for both ac and heat, no hot air in bunk or front. Also I think the air selector for defrost etc does not work properly.
Any idea where to look? Haven't gotten a chance to really take a look at it and will be tackling it tomorrow.
Truck was in pretty poor shape and pretty dirty but not impossible to clean, air filter looked like its haven't been changed in years.
Any help is appreciated!

Also Note its stuck on AC cold air, not a hint of heat.

Are the hot water valves open for heat?
Rideandrepair and singlescrewshaker Thank this. -
I am not sure, but I did try following these coolant lines that seems like it goes to the heater core, I turned a valve but nothing really changed, I can take a picture of what I was adjusting when I'm around the truck.Rideandrepair and singlescrewshaker Thank this.

There should be 1 coming off the water pump and another one off the oil cooler. Look between the turbo and the block for the second one. At least that is the way my Internationals with Detroits have been plumbed.

Will do! I will let you know if I notice a difference!Rideandrepair Thanks this.

If that air filter was nasty - I’d guess that the little heater cores will need some crud blown out of them, which will improve airflow.TJ_BASS, Rideandrepair and JoeyJunk Thank this.

If none of the other suggestions work, remove your passenger seat and watch the doors when you change settings, those are bad for door binding or actuators failing.
