I really like Knight Transportation

I'm am sure there is a reason they are debt free, by ripping off the drivers. I thought about working for them myself but the threads here steered me away from Knight.

 

I won't say. Only for my own protection. My employer is not unique. I work for a small trucking/brokerage company that has 30 company drivers and 20 owner operators. We have 8 customers in Texas that we run to all corners of the 48 states for. After delivery we grab a back haul back to Texas. I really lucked out, have a great truck that actually does the speed limit, more money than I ever seen, and benefits that match Knights with none of the stupid BS. I've had the same trailer since starting. All live loads but I've never been held up more than two hours. It's a whole different breed of customer. Customers that pay a little extra for service.

That's not why my setup is unique though. With 50 trucks and 8 coveted customers we do not sit around. We also have to remain legal at all times and it does get tight but that's no problem. A small company cannot afford to play the stupid games that these mega junk haulers with their $.82 cent per mile overhead play. I will never work for a big company again Knight ruined me on that corporate level, avenues of this, channels for that never ending BS. Stay with the small guys, they will treat you better.

 

Man You must of really have had a rough time at Knight. So much hate for someone who claims to be doing so good now. LOL

 

Any carrier robbing their drivers to increase their profits could be debt free .

 

are you just being a company suck up ? Knight lies and steals and together we have made a dent in Knights work force. So what exactly is your problem ? While were at it, why does an OTR driver working for a respectable company and being paid honestly annoy you ?

and BTW we all know you drive for Knight so drop the imaginary girlfriend schtick. That's just creepy LOL

Did not know I had a girlfriend who works for Knight, imaginary or otherwise. BTW my girlfriend is a type 1 diabetic and can't drive a car very good let alone a truck.

Now run along and have a great career at you new company and throw that axe away. Someone doing so well now should not be so unhappy and lashing out so much is all I'm saying.

 

Well when your lied too and have money stolen you quit, right ? Well I went a step further and told my story and it looks like people have steered clear, doesn't it ? Don't steal from me, lie all you want, but when you steal that gets me all riled up. Are you okay having money stolen from your pocket ? Of course you are, it sounds like.
