THE TRUCK HAS STOPPED!!!!!

After fighting our way through beyond WHY-OH-MING level hurritain winds, we've found refuge at an indigenous Peelot.

Of all our trips across 54, this was the most ferocious. If we weren't heavy. Would have had to have stopped.

Several 0 visibility dirt storms. They don't have sand here, this was people's farms blowing away. Never seen that on 54 before.

 

How hard was the wind blowing you ask?

638 miles @ 111 gallons = 5.75 MPG this leg



4971 @ 651 gallons for the trip = 7.64 MPG.



The OM is not pleased.

 

The Volvo has decided to squeeze in the spot that's short cause it's heavily bollarded in the back, thus protruding his front end out like 4 feet into the lot.

The OM feels like nothing good shall come from this.

 

The OM was like," You better do a good post trip."

And I was like," It's fine."

And she's like," DO IT........NOW."

Wind took that placard that I pull part of the sticky strip off, then tape the top, right out of the holder.
