Without adding too much distance, going to Nashville area. I've been on them before. Don't care to do it again if I don't have to. Also, is there any weight restriction on either of those bridges? Can't remember(have legal axle weights).

    I'm in Sikeston. 155 adds 40 miles.

If you're in Sikeston run 57 up to 24.

I've crossed those hundreds of times and each time they scare me just a little more.

It's either one of the two aforementioned options.

There’s only so many ways to cross the big river. If the skinny bridges are a deal breaker then add the 40 miles and hit the road.

    I agree, quite sketchy bridge.

Think 1.5-2 years ago i had seen a new sign that it had a weight limit of 78k.

If it has you whiteknuckling that bad (and it has for me before) then eat the hour and 45 miles

I just don't like how you have to come to a stop and wait for oncoming traffic then go out into the opposite lane to get around the curve at the end of the bridge. I see you can avoid that first bridge by going north on 57 to Cairo.
