I'm not sure if you have a case. You are NOT employees of Amazon. The only "damages" you may have suffered are loss of work/income. BUT, there is no iron-clad contract giving you guys exclusive rights to haul their freight.

Amazon is "Thinning The Herd" and all the SAFE and RELIABLE carriers are saying...FINALLY!!! Amazon raised the bar on the CSA metric for safe driving, raised the new MC entry minimum to 6 months, and closed a bunch of loopholes on the App, these people were using to cheat the system. That's just a few of the changes. Also, remember all those maniac O/O's pulling Amazon trailers you saw speeding and wrecking out in 2020-2021, well, after they were banned, they would change numbers or find someone to let them use their acct. Not uncommon to see a cardboard sign on the truck, or a truck bringing a trailer out and immediately D&H to another truck outside the gate. Now, BOTH of those parties are getting Suspended finally. So, don't believe the "I have no idea what happened, all of a sudden I woke up to being suspended". It took a while, a lot longer "while" than it should have, but Amazon is finally doing it.

Hello, I am experiencing lack of payment from Amazon because they are refusing to update my banking account information. Every time that I send them what they requested they keep sending me the same email requesting the same documents that was already sent weeks prior. I also experienced canceled loads without proper notice one time my driver arrived to a pickup and the place was closed then the next day a load was canceled midways to his arrival to the pickup. I and trying to find a way to contact someone in charge of accounts payable because we are 30 days in trying to get our money from these people. If you have any information please share

I had a similar issue. They suspended my account for insurance while on a load. I proved they had no reason to do it and they returned my score, but won’t haven’t paid for the contract they canceled. They claim it will pay, but it’s been months. They also claimed I didn’t complete a stop and took $500 from the base rate of a block I completed. That load was fine with no issues. Their warehouse worker said he’d change the trailer number in the system, and must’ve didn’t. Their accounts payable department don’t understand anything and you only get 1 chance to dispute and convince them. Communication is very poor there. Now I’m waiting on pay for a load that’s been showing in transit for 2 weeks now. I went to a third party site for pickup and the load was as never ready so they changed it to an empty move. No time stamps are showing for this so they say I need to enter them through desktop. When I attempt to do so an error shows and they have yet to help me. So in total they owe me $4315. I own my own trailer so I plan on maybe going back over the road, but I am definitely seeking legal action as this is negligence and I’ve underwent emotional distress. These people will have you stressing out for days if not weeks for your money, an answer, or the worries of them terminating your account and you no longer can community at all. It’s bad business.
