    A lot of the issue there is overflow, and distance from the terminal to the consignee. Some companies just don’t want to send one of their own trucks to rural points.

    Cooper doesn’t even have a yard dog in most facilities they use a beat up tractor.

    the yard boy is typically a dock guy working on his cdl so they can pay him less than a driver
