The fake meat fad has finally been exposed as a complete waste of money

Its fine, but not quite the same

As i understand it, meat just tastes better than veggies, therefore veggieburgers are about flavor, not any kind of moral judgement

 

not superior just don’t think other mammals should die to feed my fat butt. And I’m not eating veggie burgers because it’s cheaper…….

it’s a choice……..

 

Then what do you think those animals purpose are ? Just here to roam the earth & look pretty ?
Or so they can reproduce to the point they are inbred and have 4 eyes and 6 horns ? or maybe over populate themselves to the point they starve each other out ?.. if it was up to you should we pass a law saying they are not to be havested for food and make it a federal offense if someone put's them in captivity ?

No healthier than real meat. I tried one of those patties once. Basically bland even with the loads of salt & other crap.

 

I remember in science classes about what called a “food chain” and basically we’re on top of it. Plus when animals are slaughtered they are basically knocked out or some other method to induce unconsciousness or instant death. Unfortunately the general idiot public thinks this stuff just appears at the local store and don’t even think that our food is basically made from living things whether is animal flesh or plants. If people think that killing a cow or hog instantly for food is so horrible then maybe they should watch how wild predators make their kills. The prey is literally ripped to shreds while it’s still conscious.
