What’s funny, is I never use a straw in a glass in a restaurant or at home… I just like it in the truck so I don’t have to lift the Tumbler into my field of vision. I can just drink out of the straw…

They consider driver appreciation week a big deal here. They have gone live on FB every day. The video is referring to was on mondays live stream. They also send the YouTube version out to your email. So far I have seen you win anything in any of the raffles.

It's been proven 4 day work weeks are more productive....
God forbid people have a life outside work right?

Work 4 days and get paid for 5 days?

Maybe work four 10 hour days instead of five 8 hour days, but getting paid for 40 hours and only working 32 is wrong.

They'll get paid for working 32, just at a higher rate. Why should they take a pay cut? It's not like the company isn't recording massive record profits.

I've seen the emails come in, they just go in the trash folder. These one day or one week "appreciation" gimics are useless in my book. Want me to feel appreciated, then do it all year around with something meaningful like paid time off or financial incentives. A hat or a hoodie doesn't make me feel appreciated. That's what my final days at We-lie was all about, they insisted that we choose our "appreciation" gift (all of which were nothing more than company logos on promotional advertising items). Then their computer malfunction after I chose, then someone from Fargo called and I had to choose again with their help. When I told them I really didn't want any crap promo items with the Wylie name in it, 2 days later I was in Church Hill cleaning out my truck after I allegedly resigned...then they still sent the promo crap to my house a month later.

Work is part of life unless you're uber rich. These entitled babys are way over paid as it is, now they want to be paid 40 hours for working 32? I hope the big 3 start shutting down US plants left and right and send their jobs out of the country and put these whiney babies on the street so they have to get real jobs where they have to actually work to pay bills instead of the cushie jobs they have now. A lot of the assembly line jobs have machines to assist the workers so they don't even break a sweat or get repetitive motion injuries....now they want to work less but make more?

Lol what world do you live in? Most Americans are living paycheck to paycheck and can't afford a $400 emergency. Just because you want to be a bootlicker and make money for someone else doesn't mean everyone does. The average salary for the auto workers is $31k a year. Try again with they're being overpaid. Lol

And you want to label unions terrorists? How about we start with the police? They're union. Or idk how about the nazis Rhonda is letting run rampant in Florida?
