Work 4 days and get paid for 5 days?

Maybe work four 10 hour days instead of five 8 hour days, but getting paid for 40 hours and only working 32 is wrong.

 

They'll get paid for working 32, just at a higher rate. Why should they take a pay cut? It's not like the company isn't recording massive record profits.

 

Lol what world do you live in? Most Americans are living paycheck to paycheck and can't afford a $400 emergency.
