There has been so great support and information in these post. Violation was in March 2020. Pre Employment failure. Had CDL since 2010. On the RTD stage of SAP. So besides the challenge of find SAP friendly company which I have. CFI being one. According to their standards I don't have previous experience. Was told by CFI to get 3 months experience and they can take me. So just an heads up from what I'm seeing. The company would also have to have driver training. Haven't driven since the violation. The struggle continues. Good luck everyone.

 

You are in a great position since your violation was over 3 years ago. You have some options depending on your location. How many years experience do you have and where are you located?

 

I have done the sap requirements myself. I see there are quite a few drivers out there. Look on Craigslist and indeed, they are starting to make it clear...No SAP. I see why there is a shortage now, too many un qualified applicants.

 

When you say completed does that mean you did the certification and counsling? I just make sure I understand this new sap thing
