It is obvious as to what Jim is doing. The commercial liability expires at 0001 on March 24th. He is keeping the trucks from the creditors until then. The cheap crook is trying to drain every cent out of that equipment that he has not paid for! We will be lucky to see our last checks. We will have to take legal action. But then again everybody is suing Jim and Carolina Cargo of Rock Hill. We will have to go to the state or Feds to get paid from his new company that will start 3-25-10. Carolina Cargo of Chester.

Actually FMSCA website says that insurance expires 4-17-10. I bet that the carrier did not give them 30 days intent not to renew until 3-17-10 taking the cancelation date to 4-17-10. Not that they will be able to pay the premium. OH YEAH they might if they dont pay us.

I got a call a week ago to try to be at orientation on 3/17/10. I do not have any felonies but I have a misdemeanor case still pending because I haven't paid off all the court costs yet from 2008. I can't find any decent companies that will hire me because of this reason.
After contacting CC's recruiter Kevin, he told me to bring enough $ and/or food and clothes to last 3 weeks on the road. After trying to call him back several times, he finally answered and when I started asking questions about increase of pay or anything about pay for that matter, he became very illusive with his answers. Most companies that hire student drivers at least give them a bus ticket to get to orientation but CC wants you to pay your own way to Rock Hill. Because of Kevin's demeanor, I decided against going. Especially when he told me he didn't know if or when there was going to be another orientation. This forum has made up my mind not to go even if they called me back.Beechvtail and kickin chicken Thank this. -

I want to say thanks to all the people on this website that told me not to give up and to hang in there, if it wasn't for you i'd be working at a job that I hate and would be miserable anyway thanks again
