It probably confused the heck out of them the 2nd night. Instead of do not disturb, I put it in airplane mode, which makes me unavailable...and the rollover number I have selected is the naval observatory time number...they got to here "at the tone the time is now xxxx".

    SSB,

I feel what you're saying. Way back a long time ago I had an employer tell me I had to get a cell phone and I told them that I do not own one and I I needed one they had to provide it. They did and when I would get calls while sleeping I put it on mute and then informed them that off duty or sleeper berth means no business is conducted. It was quiet after that.

Where are you going with them? I thought you were heading to the southwest but unless you took a wrong turn at Albuquerque, I must be mistaken.

A broker tried to call me on my 10 to ask if I was unloaded. Thanks for do not disturb. Only got the voicemail after I woke up during the night. It wasn’t TQL but these brokers are getting out of hand with this #### and it needs to stop. Would you like your load to get to point B or would you rather it be scattered on a ditch because you kept ringing the drivers phone causing the driver to not get enough sleep.

    dwells40, Bro_Dave, drvrtech77 and 2 others Thank this.

What drivers need to start doing is blocking these idiot brokers and such…to hell with them…they’re getting aggressive and one day they might piss off the wrong person

Unless you’re expecting a call from home turn your ringer off on your break. Problem solved.

    Speedy356 and dwells40 Thank this.
