Contemplated staying in Council Bluffs overnight but decided that while there was a lull in the storm and roads were still in somewhat acceptable condition, I’d make my way down to Crete to drop a load of pallets at the Smithfield plant. I can see 74 from where I'm parked and there's some traffic but it isn't moving very quickly.
