May and Western Express are the two megas known for hiring felons.
Honestly, after that maybe look into a Van Lines contractor. I worked for a super small moving company for a year, and that dude would hire ANYONE. I don’t have a record or anything, but there were two other drivers there, one on an SAP and priors, and one BRAND new driver. It was actually a fun job, but the market took a nose dive when interest rates went up. Anyway, and I wasn’t aware at the time, moving companies hire felons.
Trying to find employment recent felonies

I heard a quote that said, “Life doesn’t get easier. You grow stronger.”
While you are out and enjoying the road, take the time to apply yourself to learning. A new language, a new culture, a new hobby…whatever.

If you are able to with post conviction requirements and it's in area, I'd recommend looking at agriculture with local hauls. Get some experience and show your work ethic.

Sorry it's been a while I have been working like crazy .You guys were right i have had great days and I have had stressful days, especially in Brooklyn, I'm still learning a lot I have been driving 90 days im switching to a better company for more cpm here in three months in kearnithat western express is only a second chance company and to get my experience up here and move on. I have cultivated a good relationship with my Driver manager i get the good loads now, I have never been late, an I don't complain but now at this point I want better. This company will give me a appointment time so far out that I drive and get there an I am stuck for a whole day until I can drop my load that frustrated me because I want miles. Also they changed there 2 cent raise per mile every month to like every year so I'm still at 40 cpm an I run but I like running I am single no children so I stay out for months and I enjoy it but now I'm looking for better. Hope all is well drivers

Thats awesome, glad to hear you are doing well and enjoying it!
Sounds like you are on the path you were seeking and it will be successful. Keep your eye on the ball, and enjoy!Jbrown87 Thanks this. -
Never complain…especially to another driver.
It’s good that you started at a garbage company like Western, especially when you move to a better company. When people feel threatened, they start plotting and scheming your demise. They will be more inclined to help you with pertinent information if they think you’re bottom level driver.
Know what I am saying?The_vett, Jbrown87 and Accidental Trucker Thank this. -
