Penske has committed consumer fraud to many

Do not trust nor purchase trunks from Penske. I purchased a 26' freightliner M2 box truck lift gate. From the start the truck has a non working headlight, transmission shifting problems, hoursepower speed problems, leaking transmission, the truck pulls to right and will not drive a straight line, dry rotted and separating drive tires, a/c did not work, clunking from underneath front of truck near Axel, leaking box compartment space, intermittent diff light, speed limit on the Texas interstate where i kive is 75mph my truvk will kit go over 60mph, dash said tge trick was not service in over 4,000 plua miles. I mentioned all this to them so they sent my truck for repairs to there vendor Dallas trailer repair CO Inc for box leak and water in passenger headlight and truck box is still leaking water into it. Then I was sent to southwest international another vendor they said to get the truck looked over and checked for mentioned issues. South West replaced a transmission wire harness that's all and said there were no codes and they did not see see anything else. I explained all the things my untrained eye saw so now I'm thinking southwest and Penske were working together to not get my trucks mechanical issues resolved because it had a list and southwest trained eye said they did not see. Now March 2024 and I am still dealing with back and forth stall tactics of Penske and broken promises and deceit at every corner with them. I spoke with so many associates and even the corporate manager in PA and it seems like they all are trained to deceive customers and sell there junk while making false promises of premium vehicles with multiple issues. My truck also looks like it's been in a accident with external parts being improperly reinstalled and the paint not matching on panels, that would also explain the box leak. I'v be been paying truck payments/hefty insurance on a truck that cannot do what I purchased it for was to safely move loads for income.I need my best option on getting this major issue resolved and Penske paying me every penny they cost me.

 

Wish it was that easy. I financed it and reported the atrocity to them they did not care and wanted there money.

 

I reported mechanical problems with the truck three days after picking it up. But seems they are dragging me and venders seems to be playing along missing things a trained eye should have caught.

 

What was fishy is they would not give me the location of the truck to come view it as I requested through emails, I thought this was an across the board proceedure being this my first commercial truck purchase and new to the trucking industry plus they reassured me that the truck was inspected by there mechanics stating nothing was wrong with it.

 

They said it was inspected and had an recent inspection from there facility.
