It is considering I paid just over $22,000 last year. My FICO is very high and I've had no tickets or points in about 13 years, so I guess the high initial price was because I was a new entrant. I've had my CDL since 2016, so it can't be because I was inexperienced.Rideandrepair Thanks this.

Don’t be shy. Spill it out. You have to carry minimal for that kind of premium.
I have 2 million general liability and another 2 million umbrella coverage. 2 million liability, 100k cargo, 25k unknown trailer coverage plus 5k medical.Last edited: Mar 30, 2024

I’m at 22k/year for two trucks/trailers/drivers for unlimited miles, anywhere.
