Tornado season on the Great Plains. Saw my first tornado a number of years ago and got within a couple miles of it or so (i have cousins who are storm chasers for a local radio station). There’s nothing like experiencing Mother Nature at her most powerful moments.

 

Anyplace with fast food. Drivers too lazy to park and waddle in. Fast food isn’t fast anymore and that layout is funky too

 

Be sure to bring a new straw.... touching your lips to those jugs is just NASTY.

 

well this isn’t good. Trying to start my day and my ELD is refusing to log me in. It keeps on saying “connection lost. Device cannot connect to the internet”

both my phone and tablet have full bars for signal

 

Chris, you can try x432 in Newport TN. There is a Loves with funky parking and across the street there is a BP fuel stop with a good Mexican restaurant next to the parking area and the truck stop itself has Sbarro's Pizza (used to be Huddle House) and a stop at x447 mom and pop Harford (I think). In NC, x24 Pilot, x37 TA. Didn't know there was one in Asheville.

 

ELD still refuses to cooperate and night dispatch was of limited help so i’m going old school for now. Haven’t filled out a paper log since CDL school

 

What the heck is going on with the eld I just got back and wanted to pc to Walmart and it won't sign in.

 

They posted a note about it yesterday. I haven’t had trouble with mine but I guess there are several having issues
