    So with this said (which how I read it you are correct) would you recommend even mentioning the landscape work since it is not verifiable and just state that I was a stay at home parent and leave it at that?

    TX2Day Thanks this.

    I have a dui on my record from 8 years ago. Raider is one that will not hire regardless of the age of dui. I have talked with Prime (waiting on recruiter to respond about employment question). And I have been looking more seriously at WDT but I haven't spoken with them yet since on their website they state CLP required prior to application.

    This is what 391.21 says,
    (10)

    (i) A list of the names and addresses of the applicant's employers during the 3 years preceding the date the application is submitted,

    (ii) The dates he or she was employed by that employer,

    (iii) The reason for leaving the employ of that employer,

    (iv) After October 29, 2004, whether the

    (A) Applicant was subject to the FMCSRs while employed by that previous employer,

    (B) Job was designated as a safety sensitive function in any DOT regulated mode subject to alcohol and controlled substances testing requirements as required by 49 CFR part 40;

    (11) For those drivers applying to operate a commercial motor vehicle as defined by part 383 of this subchapter, a list of the names and addresses of the applicant's employers during the 7-year period preceding the 3 years contained in paragraph (b)(10) of this section for which the applicant was an operator of a commercial motor vehicle, together with the dates of employment and the reasons for leaving such employment; and

    As you have no CMV experience, you do not need 10 years. Only CMV jobs need to be verifiable. You must account for all your time, month to month, but not day to day, ie 5/23-12/23. Each different job needs its own entry.

    Worse Case: A mega with it's own school

    Side Note: The school I went to was manual and two months out of a community college and is still in business. It's around 2k and takes WIOA

    I thought the thread would be about getting a job with bad or no work history and I was going to point out the obvious; most companies won't even look at it.. It was this way even before automatics

    Bean Jr. Thanks this.
