At the house for 11 days, not all by design. I had a VA appointment, and then a trip to Nashville for a concert. Wanted to come back out on the 3rd, but things didn’t go as planned. They had me lined up on a load, that morning the wife felt weak and light headed, I asked her “should I stay home?” No was her reply, so she carried me to the truck, I loaded all my stuff in the truck, did my pre trip, and then my daughter called and said my wife fell/fainted as she walked back in the door.

Needless to say I called, FCC explained the situation, and they said go take care of your wife. Spent all morning at the ER several tests later they found that she had low blood pressure, sent her home with a heart monitor, and set up a stress test at a later date.

Then I got sick the next day, and spent the 4th in bed, running out of both ends c’mon, good times. Finally started feeling better yesterday.

Loaded this morning in Mississippi headed to Wisconsin.

I’m in Fremont as I type this, and can confirm. There’s stuff everywhere.

Oh my dude, hope you both get back on your feet and back in the seat soon. But until then, try to enjoy the downtime.

It might be a quick walk but it’s doable. ATL has a nice setup to get you from on terminal to the next. But good luck and I hope the first flight is ahead of schedule.
