The info in your above post is actually a VER-RY ATTRACTIVE situation for a new driver -- especially given the current CDL job market.

Given this info, & the current overall uncertainty -- I would suggest you stay where you are now, until:

• Sometime next year, when the trucking economic picture has maybe improved -- this means more/better opportunities for you
• After you have acquired the relevant CDL endorsements: tanker, hazmat...& doubles/triples. To greatly simplify matters: add/put those (later) on your Nevada license; then you will then be more attractive to more potential employers -- & will have access to more opportunities (with better pay)

It took me a while to find a job, but I finally got a good offer this week. Besides the bad market, we are coming out of Florida. In addition to that, I also have a crash on my record (almost 2 years ago now, but still haunting me). You know what got me to the top of the pile (at least with this particular carrier)? Having HAZMAT and tanker.
