Now, listen very closely, this will save you much heart break in the coming months.

1. Buy a 12lb sledgehammer, and a pocket knife - any size is good.
2. Take said implements from (1) and . . .
3. Sledgehammer to rub rail, with medium force. Also to decking, in about 4 places.
4. Take pocket knife to tarp system, in about 3 places. Nothing too psycho. Not like ex girlfriend crazy, just mad wife kinda thing.
5. Repair all damage.

Now you will be mentally prepared for having really nice equipment you've prepared and planned for, and worked hard towards a goal - damaged by the buffoons you will encounter. You've done it yourself, and gone through the experience.

This will save us all from hearing that you've gone postal at a shipper or receiver , and sending you money for your commissary in the pen, when it happens - and eventually it will.

No kidding! I’ve never seen a setup like that. It’s liking being in a walk-in closet and choosing equipment for the day.

 

Super nice combo! I would invest in a deer basher. This is more to protect the front of that pretty stretched VNL from idiots in parking lots and truck stops than 4 legged creatures.

 

What/where are your provisions for hazmat placards?
