When you get 3 months exp. you can be a trainer at that turd hole. Insanity at it's worst. LP is suicide to be avoided, period!

So essentially you had a co-driver, not a trainer.
Be glad he dumped you, sounds like a real moron.
Yeah many of us know that, this is why some of us trash this idea about trainers, there are none.
I have a driver who didn't even have 2 months on the road and was 'selected' as a trainer.
Well maybe but I don't think they all work.
You may be, you need to file a worker's comp complaint but the next quote may be very important advice.
Yes this may be the most important advice and I will tell you why
Here is why I think you should contact a lawyer, the 'trainer' is liable if he has an LP, while it is not his truck - meaning he does not own it at the moment, the lease makes it his responsibility to ensure you are safe while in it. Going back to the quote that this is a WE truck, it isn't once it is in his hands, it becomes his truck.

SO if the bill isn't paid by WE, you need to hand it right to this guy and tell him - pay it or see you in court.

What kind of idiot would sleep in a top bunk while moving?
What kind of moron would ALLOW a person to be in the top bunk while moving?
What king of negligent company would allow drivers to sleep in a top bunk while driving?
FWIW, sleeping in the top bunk while moving is illegal by federal statute.

Yep that's what I was going to comment. It's against a regulation to sleep in the top bunk but aside from that ought to be common sense.

I don’t know it was my 4th day in a truck. It never even occurred to me that it might not be a good idea. But it’s definitely not illegal. What’s the law? Where’s the regulation? You made that up.
