When they had it closed down a while back for a bridge project it wasn’t as terrible as I thought it would be. It was only slightly terrible.

Boise SS is ridiculous. First place that I know of that has select steak. They charge as if it's prime.
-
I have never ordered a steak there. Everything else is pretty good. The steak is probably good, but I don't want to pay that much for it.Knucklehead Thanks this.

Well, there were several FCC trailers preloaded at Propak so imagine a few folks will be bouncing through Albuquirky in the near future.
I’m running a load of pallets to CB then grabbing a trailer for Plainfield, IN.
Then as far as I know I am heading home. I was scheduled to get home Wednesday night. My clock got scrambled with the breakdown so when I get to Plainfield Monday I’ll only have 4-5 hours left on my 70 and I’ll only get 2 and a half back Tuesday so it’s kinda pointless to fart around running part time and by the time I get a reset I’d be due home.Long FLD, cdavis188 and runningman0661 Thank this. -
Today was a very stressful day. I am thankful to be safe. Had to deliver in Columbus, SC today. Started the day at the Loves in Newport, TN today at 4 am. From Newport to Asheville it wasn't terrible but once I got on I -26 that's when everything went south. Started out as road starting to flood. Then get further down to about exit 45 it was a nightmare. Torrential rain 70 mph gusts trees down every mile. Was stuck in traffic for 2 hours. Thank God I was sitting in traffic during the worst of it. I finally get to Columbus after 5 hours not terrible considering want I delt with, my nervous were just shot, lol. Then after I dropped my load in Columbus I had to head to Burlington, NC to pick up going to topeka for Monday. Appt at 1600 got there at 1530. It only took them 3 hours to load, lol. After 15 hours I am beat. Thank God I left this morning when I did. Newport, TN is completely flooded same with Asheville. I-40 is now closed west of Hickory, NC to Newport.and parts of I-26 aswell. I am glad to be safe.

What’s the deal with the reefer trailers that we had sitting in Fremont last week (going to assume they were the same two I saw last Sunday in CB) -
I saw two in Fremont and two in CB in the same daycdavis188 Thanks this.

Im guessing power only loads from great dane. I did that couple years ago. Grabbed a walmart trl at the great dane plant in nebraska going somewhere in indiana. Dropped it in cb. I seen those trls in cb last week. They were nice.
cdavis188 Thanks this. -
Dropped in Victorville yesterday morning then went down to the City of Industry to pick up a load going to Loveland, CO. Got loaded and promptly parked on the road just outside their facility for the day. I was in no mood to deal with afternoon rush hour so i’m peeling out of here at 2 am instead
