Strange set of questions... We always knew what they paid, where they run, what they run, how they kept it up, and how they were to work for before we even went by the yard to inquire if hiring. Even more strange, during 7 years thru 4 employers, I was never asked if I had a drivers license... kind of like the old cowboys, it was how he came up near the horses to talk...

No argument, no brag. Just fact; over a lotta miles in several brands. Driver has got to "like" an IH or Mack or White to get it's full potential. And I have been inside Ford, GMC, Freightliner, tractors and 3 axle Chevys rollbacks...

She left the room so I can openly say it was pretty good — not something that I’d put on the weekly menu, but every month or so could be done

It doesn’t, but I just couldn’t get the word “cauliflower” out of my head.

I think I’m one of the few in my part of the world who likes grits too.

I recently had breakfast out a couple weeks ago with chicken fried steak and scrambled eggs. The waiter looked at me funny when I ordered grits instead of home fries. I’m not opposed to home fries, but I need those julienne style.

The ride Tram, the ride. Strong support; over the roughest terrain, can you say Rigid?
(I do wonder about them long haul desert camel drivers tho...)

Ah, anymore I don’t let things bother me as much as they used too. I guess it’s the new breed of drivers. Short loads, don’t want to even hear about one over 1,000 miles, to far..
