Theft has gotten so bad, walmart is now doing this..

Yeah there’s a point on how far out you can take them

 

not sure how full your cart was, but if my cart wheels lock up, when I’m partway across the parking lot to my vehicle, I’m gonna shove that sucker around til I wear flat spots on all four wheels.

 

Walmart has done away with all self service checkouts where I live.
And it's not theft, it's shrinkage. Haha

 

The front and back wheels lock up so people can’t push it

 

i do not go in walmart for anything,there are too many other places to shop.

 

Not everyone is 6’2” and weighs 250 lbs. If I want to shove that cart all over the parking lot, I will. And I will wear the wheels OUT before I stop

 

They have dog flea/tick meds locked. They have associate take it to the Service counter so you can stand in line someone returning his broken bs. I order it online now just to be easy

We moved this year but the Kroger by our old place the cart wheels would lock up AS YOU WALKED OUT THE DOORS. Apparently you have to bring the cart close to the self checkout otherwise it locks the wheels up and then you have to find an employee to get them moving again. Real fun when you're alone and you have your toddler with you and there's like 3 employees in the entire store.
