This is simply not true a simple non disclosure added by your attorney keeps them from black listing you, and if they do they pay even more.
I refuse to be bullied by a company or anyone else, I can tell you I have first hand experience of a company trying to deduct monies from my check, it not only cost them the money they stole by interest and an additional 20 grand assessed by the court plus attorneys fees. I can not go into more than that because of non disclosure agreements as [art of the settlement, and it took about 9 months to wrap up.

i’d tell you to look in the “untrue” company but they went out of business in 2009, guy parked all trucks, got everyone a bus ticket home, blew his brains out in his office.
Guess you’d think that’s untrue too.

I was not looking to get into a argument, kind of just looking for an opinion regarding the option, as it turned out the one that appeared to be the better choice in Bakersfield was not, offering paid miles only, 1099, cash app for payment, and lots of deadhead miles, so it kind of made Inland move up a little, I did inform them that my lawyer advised me not to sign an agreement regarding forward authorization of payments for things that had not happen. Do not know there answer as yet. If there good with me not signing that them I'll probably go with them.bonedust68 Thanks this.
