Okay, slow down here, we're not talking heroin( but might as well). 1st, THC gummies usually have a very low dose of THC, and if you've never done it, before, such a small amount will not be detected. 2nd, the story about can't sleep and melatonin to the rescue, is a bit out there. If there's trouble, maybe she did that on purpose. I believe hair testing is still legally iffy, and companies are hiring felons for heavens sake, a couple gummies should not be of concern. Sounds like you have a lot going on, and many do "hide" in a truck for the very same reasons, and ride it out. I say, before starting an entirely new venture, look for something you can walk right into until the heat cools off. Trucking may add to your woes. Good luck.

 

Sorry but this is bad advice. The equipment used to detect drugs in hair is extremely sensitive. Even a tiny amount will almost certainly show up. Hair testing is not DOT mandated, but most companies that you would want to work for are now using them. It’s not a a guaranteed career end to fail a hair test, but good luck getting hired any where. These companies share that kind of information. There’s plenty of drivers looking for jobs, there’s no need for companies to take any risk currently. All the rules are made up, everywhere, for everything, but which ones are being enforced, and how. It’s the Wild West out here. I would never take a drug test of any kind if I knew I would fail.

 

Go with Western Express and be done with it.
Western Express isn't perfect, but they do hire drivers that no other company will hire. Those drivers aren't perfect either, but are excellent at complaining and causing problems.
