Most of the companies in IL hire SAP drivers, but they usually require finished return to work process

Are u finish the sap program? Currently I'm on step 6 and this third party consortium (dock right expedited) is who I'm going with. Basically they contact my sap counselor who sends dock right my testing. Then dock right contacts their connections in trucking and helps u get a job. There is also centerline drivers who also helps sap drivers get employed. Check em out, let me know how it goes.

So you go through SAP, complete step 6 and then after 5 years it falls off your record. So are you considered a regular driver again? Or are you a SAP for life?

after combing through this one last time it seems you #### up, you do everything to get back, and then you still can’t get hired. It’s pretty wild. Makes you wonder, when the fmcsa invented the clearing house was it just to get drivers off the road and help lower the actual number of drivers out there while becoming one big money grab? Because we all know there really isn’t a driver shortage like all the schools claim while attending.

It is supposed to fall off after 5 years. If I remember right, you have to complete the program and it's five years after entering the SAP. Some drivers might actually be as little as a year.

Once it falls off, the blemish on your Clearinghouse record is gone. The only way any employer would find out is if you volunteered that information.

So yeah, you are back to being a regular driver.
