Also if you need a place to wait, there's an Arby's just south of the highway that has 8 spots or so. Usually only a few parked there in daylight hours.
There's also a Love's down the road in Delphos I believe

Delivering in Denver today. Crazy area. All the local companies obviously use the streets as their Company Drop Lots. I don’t know how many trailers (pull behind RV campers) are semi permanently setup between MTs. No place to check in. Must coordinate with other Drivers who is next up. FCFS but I was fifth in line when I arrived this morning and only one dock to receive.
Can’t wait to return… lol
Friend, DonRobbie, runningman0661 and 2 others Thank this. -
Three Hours to unload Three Trucks of Rolled Stock. (Third Truck isn’t even finished yet) I’m up next, one more behind me, and they just turned away another Driver.
I’m actually curious just what’s going on inside that it takes an hour per truck to unload 7 rolls of paper stock per truck.

One of the places in California that ships to the Buckle is in a spot like that, lots of locals trucks and trailers parked on the street interspersed with a lot of rvs and camper trailers that have obviously been parked there for months if not years.Goody3635, MidWest_MacDaddy, Friend and 1 other person Thank this.

yeah I've picked up there a few times. It's not horrible to get in and out of but it's not a whole lot better than thatGoody3635, MidWest_MacDaddy and Friend Thank this.

Dropped at the Walmart DC in Ottawa, KS and swung over to the TA in Wellsville with an hour left on my 70. I'll be taking a 34 here and hitting the road again on Wednesday.
A pretty productive 70. I should have ~3300 miles on this paycheck plus extra stop pay, vs the 2300 I've been getting the past several weeks. I think it was the right move to run more like OTR even though I'm sticking to regional lanes. They have the freight to keep me moving even on a weekendGoody3635, hope not dumb twucker, M22 rockcrusher and 4 others Thank this. -
Same… just higher elevation… lolFriend Thanks this.
