Snackbar is chillin'....at Shaffer

Did it open up on its own or did a truck fall in and have to be lifted out?

 

Picked up at a place called Catch-Up logistics in Chambersburg. You have to weave thru a moderately snug residential area, and by the way it smells around there, it must be close to a waste water treatment plant. Got there last night, had a 10 am appointment. Checked in at 9, was sent around the building to another building in front of the main building, which is down an alley that a truck has to do a cork screw turn to get into




The only way to get out of the dock is turn left into the lot, then back into a "back up" area, then pull straight back out because there is a jersey barrier on your passenger side when you're at the dock, and the alley is too narrow to make the swing to just pull out.



Nice enough people, and quick loading. They had me in, loaded and gone by 10. 42k lbs of Big Mac special sauce.

 

It already has gates and half the parking lot has the parking spots stripped so you have to blind side. All they would have to do is change the card slide that opens the gate to a pay-to-leave machine. Hell, they wouldn't have to even hire any replacement shop personnel, our shop employees are about as slow as any T/A parts changers.
