Yep… they started using them early 2023. Just plain ugly trucks.

I helped shuttle a couple of trucks to the dealer and back I got a good look at the place from the back road… there’s still a ton of trucks and trailers sitting at that yard… he’s done a poor job of clearing the place up for the new owner.

He’s definitely taking his time doing it that’s for sure. If I was the new owner, I’d be towing the trucks and trailers out and charging Mike for it.

I’m sure Jim’s in Fargo would love that business.

I’ve heard the neighbors and town were fed up with him

So is Mike going to continue on with his 20 something trucks? Or do you think he'll officially go out of business soon?

Looks like he has folded with everything slowly being sold off.

10 to 1 says he might be trying to hide the assets to keep them from being repo’d.

Probably. I saw one of their (Penske) trucks the other day at a delivery, with one of their “newer” trailers.

and a couple others that were in one location in MN and then a few days later moved to a different place. still nothing new on their socials. Pretty strange but not much of a surprise.

    Trucker61016 and mjd4277 Thank this.

I’m doing some digging with some people I know (no not anyone at Holland or associated with them), I’ll let you know when/if I find out anything.

One thing I’ve found is that Mike is stashing some trucks at Premier Service Center (where Valley Express HQ is located) on the south feeder road off exit 341.

I’m not sure if he’s hiding them or paying them to store them, there’s about 15-20 there right now, with a few trailers being parked at Gordy’s in Mapleton still.

I’ve seen a few more on the back of hooks being pulled out as well the last few days.
