Oh, so this is NOT the "Elite Fleet"? They used to do OTR to the west coast as well......

Yes, that is National Carriers. But they’re based in Liberal KS.

Hanging out in Liberal can't be fun. At least they built a Love's there.

National Carriers is probably a good place to Start a trucking career, nice Kws and they run their own freight with brokered backhauls. They have a fairly decent training program. However they are no longer the Elite Fleet of yesterday with the large cars and professional drivers..you can still do well there though. Check their Safer score and as long as that is good you can move forward. You didn't mention any other carriers...All The Best,

There that new Toot n Totem on the west end of town, too. Less likely to have your truck hit there. Lol

National is a division of National Beef. Alot of hauling beef. Talked with a gal driver. Said she liked it alot. Your driver manager looks out for you. Always know a couple weeks ahead of time where you're going. Did have a run in with dispatch on weekend. They screwed up her schedule. She got them off her with her driver manager. The headquarters are in Irving TX. She said she stays away from Irving.
2500 miles is easy in a week. I've done as much as 4K on elogs legally.

Taco John's? Two things that always go together; the first part first, the second part a couple of hours later...
