Freightliner Cascadia 2023 SCR Issue

    Hello there good people
    I have Freightliner Cascadia 2023 with DD15 and truck went into Stage 2 - Torque Derate for some reason
    5 minutes after, on the dashboard i found couple of fault codes related to DEF System. DEF Level was just a bit below the maximum.

    Went at the closest Speedco and they did SCR Test and Forced Regen, and unit passed SCR Test. Forced Regen was also sucessful but codes won't go away. And they can't delete the codes ( Picture of codes attached ).

    What it could be ?

    I would recommend finding a shop that uses diagnostic link 8 or a dealer. Once the root cause is fixed it will need scr efficiency tests performed to bring the nh3 level up to a 1.

    Not a Detroit guy but it looks like you probably have an outlet Nox driving the DEF dosing rate to max. As stated you may need OEM software to disable derate.

    Thank you guys.
    Truck is still at the dealership, i'm waiting for their answer on the situation.
    Do you think these codes could have something in common with codes for injector ?
    I had couple of fault codes recently for Injector No.6 - Electrical issue.

    Dealership said it's cause of Rear Injector harness.
    He will replace it.
    Don't know yet how Injector wiring is connected to DEF Issues ?

    Are they talking about the engine injector harness or the DEF doser harness?
    For the first 2 codes there is a service bulletin.

    They should also check for cracks/leaks in the aftertreatment system.
    Everything upstream of the aftertreatment needs to be operating correctly and any problems corrected before going into the aftertreatment.

    I thought also they're talking about DEF Doser harness but i recalled i had couple of weeks ago codes on dashboard for Injector 6 Open circuit
    So i called again just to double check and they said it's Fuel Injector harness which is causing the trouble

    Lol..Now they found out whenever Jake Brake is on, regen process kicks in
    How these two are actually connected lol..
