All American paradise in Gainesville tx

Has this place opened yet? The old outlet mall is where this place is supposed to be, huh? I saw a billboard that said when it was due to open a while back and anytime I have passed through there I could not see any place where this truck stop was.

 

I just watched a video from MT He was never an investor. He was hired to market the place. He just interviewed the CEO and another employee. I don't see how they will make it if they don't even have fuel.

 

If you look at the satellite view you’ll see the rear parking lot already painted with truck stalls. Lots of google reviews too. I drove by last week and saw the Sbarros and noticed a lot of trucks parked out front. I thought some local drivers just creative parked and was thinking “yea that will last two weeks” Then stumbled onto this thread. I’ll be stopping next time though there for sure.

The outlet mall concept was cool 30 years ago but now they just all sit abandoned. It’s a great use of existing real estate.
