If the truck meets the needs you have, why not go look at it?

I'd run away from this one. Just under 500K means without any motor work, guess who gets the bill. Big companies regularly replace their trucks between 400-500K, because it's cheaper in the long run to have a new truck, than fiddle with the old one. This is a classic example of just such a deal. Volvos are good trucks, but many in your situation buy them because they are cheap. 15-20K/year is probably worse for an older trucks, as it will be sitting a lot, kiss of death for a truck. If an older trucks is what you need, make sure you get some paperwork on if the motor was rebuilt. Quite frankly, I'd go with a used Kenworth than a Volvo. Might be a little more, but a much better truck, and you have some resale. A Volvo not so much.Magoo1968 Thanks this.

Does the fine print say it’s 10 days from the time it leaves the lot or 10 days once your in possession. You gotta remember they know if you spent a pile of money getting it registered and legal to drive they can likely throw you a small discount and you’ll likely overlook the issues it has.
