Honestly, it shows how piss poor at planning this company does things....change the locks before everyone has had the chance to get the new key card. Maybe they should have issued new key cards a few months before they changed the locks.Friend, Knucklehead, hotrod1653 and 5 others Thank this.

You guys sure have to deal with a bunch of bs to work for those clowns. Hope the mileage rate is worth it.
hope not dumb twucker and Speedy356 Thank this. -
That’s what many of us lastnight was talking about..all the terminals have the new cards..should send out a msg telling drivers to swing by a terminal to pick one uphope not dumb twucker and Lonesome Thank this.
-
Or better yet mail the card to the driver's home address ahead of the change over ...duh
Friend and hope not dumb twucker Thank this. -
They are putting your picture on the card when you get itKnucklehead, hope not dumb twucker and Trucker61016 Thank this.

Last I heard the door on the west side still had the fuel card reader.
Hopefully I get through a terminal soonFriend, Knucklehead and Lonesome Thank this. -
But, if a driver gets to a terminal during the off hours or over the weekend, there is nobody there to issue them (even if another driver lets them in). I guess the Einsteins in management think we bounce from terminal to terminal. I haven't been thru an open terminal since they posted that update where they mentioned the new system.Friend, Knucklehead, Trucker61016 and 2 others Thank this.

Got a message from my regular dispatcher. He said that Tyson is showing that my load was billed out (as in loaded) at 4:57 this morning. But the person in the shipping office that enters your load number in the computer to check keeps saying it's not ready. If I had the new keycard, I would bobtail to KC, put my gear in a storage place and catch a bus to the house. In all the years out here, I have never worked for a company that has so many customers with so many issues. It's almost like they only deal with mentally challenged companies that other companies reject in order to get the freight rates they need.
JForce28, Friend, Knucklehead and 2 others Thank this. -
but you won't........
