I do it 5 nights a week. The more you do it, the easier it gets. 54 mph is nothing. Wait till you get the 75 mph winds with twin 7K lb trailers. That's a pucker moment there.

Gotcha no worries, thanks for letting me know. Was just following the herd of other truckers with their 4 ways on so I figured I put mine on too

That is the entirety of the southwest when 2 drops of rain fall. Lets all throw the 4 ways on and drive 30 under the speed limit.

Dont get sucked into the pack mentality, its the most dangerous place to be and its how the big 140 car pileups happen when everybody is driving together

Only use the 4 ways if you're going significantly slower than the speed limit (like 25-35 mph).

Never stick with the pack. When people start latching on to your rear bumper and hanging out, get off at an exit ramp, let them go on down the road.

Scared drivers are like a wounded bull. Very dangerous and unpredictable. They will do very dumb things that can put you in a predicament, cause you to overturn, go off the road or down an embankment, or into a ravine or river.
