    LTL all day every day.

I see the fuel guys around Denver and talk to them once in awhile. Some tell me they make between $65K - $90K to haul fuel and usually going over Loveland Pass and Vail in the ugly. That's peanut pay for that kind of work, no thanks! On top of that most said their day was 12-14 hrs long. When you break that down into hourly pay that's barely minimum wage here in Denver.

I have yet to talk to one clearing 6 figures (but certainly not saying they don't exist).

Yeah as a fuel hauler who frequents Denver on a weekly basis that salary range is very dated. Out of 8 mainline companies (3rd party and private fleet) i can think of, only one, maybe two where 60-90k is accurate.

The rest are well above that unless you only work 4 days a week or are just lazy. The market average in Denver is $34-35 dollars an hour, all of which hourly companies pay overtime. Even load pay Maverick drivers average $400 per day. I cleared 130k based in Wyoming only averaging 58 hours a week, taking 4 weeks off this year.
