Not much in Hammond that I know of. Estes has a terminal, for future reference. XPO yard is in St Rose. Building on airport rd is just an office. Hammond has Walmart Distribution, and Wholesale Grocers, Finding local might be hard. Never know. Clean Harbors might hire new Drivers. Most Companies are an hour away. Maybe Crossroads, Dupre, or Frisards, if they’re still in Business. All 3 have local work.

 

Schneider used to have a lot of local tanker jobs in LA

but if not reserve LA would be terminal. But then it’s home every other week or 6 days/month for tankers. What it was. thats 6 days off. Day in didn’t count.
