i got to tell dh to do this. sounds like it just might work.

 

Just put a Skunk in your Tool box you will git used to it in time. and it will come in handy when your pulled over LOL.

 

Hitting a skunk works good. I hit one one time right before reaching the receiver. They put 3 forklifts on me and had me out of there in record time.

I was in my personal vehicle about 15 years ago and got pulled over in a down pour.
The cop rolled down his window and motioned for me to come back there. I rolled down my window and motioned for him to come to me.
We did this a couple times and he finally got mad and left. I still laugh about that.

 

imagine a pet skunk (minus the spray they shoot ) when you pull up to a truck inspection you open the door to let it out ( properly trained of course), Mr Inspector sees the smelly intruder and fearing being sprayed sends you on your way so he/she can retreat to their safty place to avoid the unforseeable blast they think their going to get..only for you to pull so many yards away to have your furry trained friend regroup with you and ride off into the sunrise/sunset.....now that would be PRICELESS......

 

depends on what state your in though. in wisc there are a native specie so you cant have them as pets unless your a rescue

 

Yeah, till another one wanders up and you grab the wrong one to put back in your truck... priceless from DOT's view....LOL

 

Not legal in PA either...

 

Oddly enough, skunk is about the one thing I cant smell...
Would have been entertaining to see that officers face though...

 

Alright, some OTR hero needs to invent the "SKUNK-BLAST SYSTEM"---where overzealous D.O.T. inspectors get sprayed hard with some funky pseudochemical solution... "YIKES!!!" Hell, I'd pay for it, even in a company truck!!!

 

or how about using it to get rid of a pesky tailgaiter
