Does anyone know what actions, if any at all, have been taken as a result of this type of video? Does the guy making these videos turn them over to law enforcement or the companies involved???
I must also say the quality of video/audio is very good! This gentleman ought to have a passenger doing the filming though, but in no way does that defend the actions of the so called professional drivers being videotaped! Two wrongs do not make a right! It is just 2 wrongs!
I hope these unsafe, unprofessional drivers are fired for their actions. You know this type of behavior is typical for those individuals, they shouldn't be allowed behind the wheel of a big truck!!!

Yes I have seen that 100 times. Guys ripping up the interstate full throttle practically playing bumper trucks just to get off at the next exit anyway. Do they really have to use the restroom that bad?

These are great videos and I think done in a safe manner. It appears the camera is mounted so the driver can focus on safe driving. I would recommend installing a CB radio so we could hear the chatter going back and forth between the truckers. Typically it's some guy like this showing off his speed and belittling the slower drivers for hauling cheap freight all the while not seeing the irony of wasting their own fuel and risking their license and the public safety.

 

Apparently so. This is unrelated to the topic, but a direct reply to your question. I once saw an Overnight Transportation team truck during morning rush hour in Phoenix and the co-driver stood on the passenger side running board peeing on the shoulder while the truck was crawling in stop and go traffic. I realize the "call of nature" can be quite strong sometimes, but....

 

Also the fact that when he was driving he would just sit there along the sides of the trucks both sight and blind sides. I mean he was speeding up along the blind sides and would sit along the sides of them and just keep going the exact speed of the truck. Does he not realize that is very unsafe to do and also the fact that passing a vehicle on the right is illegal? Some of those drivers are being very reckless but come on now he isn't?

 

I have a "Trucker Rag Chew" series that I have been doing on Youtube. In 2 of my vids, I took some quick shots of Chicago going down the road and some of Oklahoma City. The rest of my road shots are out in the country.
I do use a tripod but the Chicago shots, I did put the camera in my hand so I can get some easy shots of the skyline.

Do you find that safe? It was not near the extent of this "gentleman" driving around Atlanta.

Watch the 1st video and at the 1 min and 30 second mark it was funny how the camera man quickly pulled away of that 4 wheeler making illegal lane changes. LMAO.

This should be a video how not to drive around trucks, cutting them off, riding in the blind spot, and so on.

 

This guy is as bad as the drivers in the videos I too have watched some of them and he is as much breaking the law as the drivers are....And if you read what he has posted at the bottom you can tell he is out to grind a axe ....But these drivers are bad news and this is why all the stuff keeps happening to the industry
