I have heard of them, I have not heard anything good or bad. I think this post would go more in the section of good or bad companies.....Not my forum to decide though.

I have a friend that drives for WEL and he his quite happy with them. There is no shortage of freight and the conversion to E-logs went as smooth as it could go. He only goes home for one weekend a month although I don't know if that's his choice or theirs. All in all sounds like a decent company.

A buddy of mine who worked for O&S until they went to that looser L/P program for ALL company drivers went to WEL and he loves that company! He gets home on a regular schedule when he wants and is'nt "pushed" like some of thes other larger companies.
His truck is fixed when needed and dispatch he says is good,. He did lose his favorite dispatcher when she retired and he's "training" a new one now! You who've been in this a while know what I mean when we "train" a dispatcher! They were going to hire me but due to medical problems I'm a tad bit unelligable for driving! But I'd give them a call if you don't mid reefers and Volvos!
