Will have to try that. But i wonder just how long that bottle of lysol will say there before someone walks off with it for their own personal use, and keep it. I'm not a chain smoker, but do smoke a cigar once in a while going down the road. i'll just pull my trash can around next to my seat, put a wet papertowel at the bottom, and there is my ashtray. i've had my truck since new for 20 months. And it almost still looks like new. I'll see "310" trucks, that look like they've never seen a truck wash, with everything under the sun up on the dashboard. You're more apt to get pulled around behind a scale house with a messy dash than with a clean one. If you look professional....odds are you will be professional....so they dont mess with ya.

Quit being a crybaby, If I were blocked in that situation, I would have just grabbed another tractor and moved them. No big deal. Quit sniveling. And by the way I would not have blocked you in to start with. We all have to move equipment all the time to unblocked something we need to get to part of the job, don't cry just do it and get on down the road.

Also this was not a Mexican thing, I get so tired of hearing this BS about race, when the situation had nothing to do with race to start with. Get over the Mexican, Blacks, Indians, etc... Are probably not going away get over it... Get on with life, too short for this hate crap.

something else , other drivers please take pride in your ride. It is your livelyhood, your truck is a direct reflection of yourself, clean off your dashes, clean your truck and finnally clean yourself...we are actually getting a better reputation out here. Lets continue to improve on it!!

so i was to jump into a daycab or shag truck, and just move it? and if something happened to either truck, then who knows what would have happened. So the guy blocks me in....and i'm not supposed to say anything? are you kidding me?? Letting him "just do it", just tells him "oh dont worry where you drop your trailer, even though you're being inconsiderate without thought". This just gives him a free pass to do it to another driver...then another....then another. Because this behavior, if left unchecked, will just continue to go on and on. Sorry, but you going to do something stupid around me, and it effects me or my performance (being on time in this case) you bet your arse i'm going to bring it to your attention.

I was just like you once. Major anxiety and anger issues. I went to anger management once a week for 2 hours for about 14 weeks. Much better now. Now I know how to fake not being angry or anxious lol.

One little tool I use is to remind myself that people are 'doing the best they can'. If someone is a complete flipping moron but doing their best, I can't fault them for that. "Hey brother can you move your trailer?" He didn't do it because of his skin color. He may have done it because there was no other open places to put it. Who knows. He didn't target you, maybe he did. You have the choice to take the bait and react exactly the way you are expected to--or not.

Dick get some therapy before it's too late man.

what some of you really need, is to go back to english classes....before its too late. Anywhere in my post where i said "because he was latino, that must make him stupid cause he had no clue, then tried to lie about it, like a mexican"?? If that is what you're reading into my OP, i feel sorry for ya. You want to 'spin' my words to make them sound racist, when the ONLY THING I SAID was that he was a latino driver. If he had been a Somalian driver or from India, i'd have said so too. its sad when people have to disect a post ONLY to come out with something racist. Twist the words around however you want. And learn to read higher than a 3rd grade level.

Doing the best he can? Maybe....was he "out to get me?" dont think so, and never said i thought he was. If this was the best place to park a trailer, then maybe this guy needs to not be a driver. I've seen the gary yard double parked trailers before. There were plenty of more spots to park a trailer than right in front of another driver. Might it have involved 5 minutes of 'walking' the trailer one way or another to make sure it was out of the way? Sure. If this was the 'best he could do', i'd hate to see the worst he could do.
